Marianne DeBenedictis Named VP Payor Contracting

Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA) is a physician-led network committed to leading cardiology into a value-based future.

CVAUSA partners with payers, primary care groups, and other stakeholders to transform care delivery, prioritizing patient well-being and fostering strong collaborations across the healthcare ecosystem. With over 25 years of distinguished experience in managed care administration, contract negotiations, and network development, Marianne brings a wealth of expertise to her new role.

In her previous position as Vice President of Payor Relations and Credentialing at Inception Fertility, Marianne demonstrated exceptional skills in navigating complex payor landscapes. She oversaw managed care contracts and relationships across 10 states and Canada, successfully negotiating in-network agreements and optimizing contract performance. Her strategic initiatives resulted in a substantial 10% rate increase from Aetna by consolidating disparate agreements into a unified contract.

During her tenure as Director of Payor Relations at Epiphany Dermatology, Marianne exhibited strategic prowess in contract execution and negotiation. Collaborating closely with executive leadership, she developed and executed payor strategies, analyzed market rates, and fostered positive relationships with various stakeholders. Her expertise in provider credentialing and contract management played a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency.

Marianne holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration from California State University.
