THE TOLAN GROUP
OUR FIRM
Since 2005, The Tolan Group has partnered with healthcare organizations through some of their most important leadership moments. From executive succession and transformational growth to mergers and acquisitions, we've helped clients build leadership teams that position their organizations for long-term success.
Our reputation has been built on deep healthcare market expertise, long-standing relationships, and a consultative search process that puts our clients' long-term success first. Every search is guided by the same objective: identifying leaders who strengthen organizations and create lasting impact.
OUR COMMITMENT
We understand that executive hiring is both time-sensitive and business-critical. Our commitment is to identify exceptional healthcare leaders efficiently while maintaining the thorough, consultative search process our clients expect.
By combining deep expertise across Healthcare Services, Behavioral Health, and Health Technology with market intelligence, proactive communication, and a disciplined executive search methodology, we help organizations make confident leadership decisions that support long-term success.
Performance Driven
Performance isn't just part of our brand. It's the standard we hold ourselves to on every executive search.
Unlike many executive search firms, we do not earn our full fee until the executive we place has accepted the position and joined your organization. By aligning our success with yours, we demonstrate confidence in our executive search process, our healthcare market expertise, and the leaders we deliver.
Since 2005, that philosophy has helped us build long-term partnerships with healthcare organizations nationwide while earning the trust of clients who continue to rely on us for their most important leadership hires.
