Grew product P&L from $41MM to $670MM in revenue by developing and selling 7 new medical/surgical service lines into health plans and systems. Increased from 17MM total covered lives with one product to 25MM total covered lives, >75% of covered lives having 2 or more products.
Led the behavioral health portfolio, growing revenue from $454M to $554M by expanding into autism services and launching digital cognitive behavioral health tools, driving market adoption and patient engagement.
Scaled a $66MM P&L to more than $100MM in 4 years, largely through new customer acquisition to reduce an existing customer concentration of ~90% of revenue. Revised the technology stack and data warehouse, enhanced product features and repositioned the company to address the broader market opportunity.
Enhanced the product features for an early-stage virtual behavioral health company resulting in 30% month over month growth in patient enrollment, with revenue growing ~10x in the past year. Preliminary outcomes include 5% reduction in ED visits, 15% reduction in hospitalizations and 40% reduction in depression and anxiety.
Pivoted an early-stage virtual peer support company from B2C to B2B2C, closing 10 contracts and establishing a multi-million-dollar sales pipeline with leading payers and hospitals. Created the go-to-market strategy, modified the product features and revised the value proposition to meet new market needs.
