Eric Pellkofer Named as Chief Operating Officer at Golden State Dermatology
The Tolan Group (TTG), a Hunt Scanlon Top 50 Healthcare Executive Search Firm, is pleased to announce the successful placement of Eric Pellkofer as Chief Operating Officer at Golden State Dermatology, bringing more than 25 years of experience in multi-site healthcare operations, P&L management, M&A integration, and organizational growth.
Golden State Dermatology is a leading, comprehensive dermatology group with more than 40 locations and 125+ providers. The organization offers medical and cosmetic dermatology, Mohs surgery, dermatopathology, and plastic surgery. Through its physician-led model, Golden State Dermatology combines leading clinicians and resources to expand access to high-quality dermatology care and deliver an exceptional patient experience.
Prior to joining Golden State Dermatology, Eric served as National Senior Vice President, Orthodontic Operations at Sonrava Health, where he led operations across more than 400 locations in 23 states. During his tenure, he partnered with executive leadership, finance, and operations teams on national strategy, budgeting, performance management, M&A integration, and the development of standardized operating practices across a large, distributed clinical network.
Earlier in his career, Eric served as Vice President of Client Services at OrthoSynetics and Chief Operating Officer of West Coast Dental, following progressively senior operating roles with SmileCare Family Dental and Pacific Coast Dental. Across these organizations, he led multi-site operations, practice expansion, revenue cycle initiatives, payor relations, acquisition integration, and performance improvement.
With his extensive experience scaling healthcare organizations and translating strategic objectives into disciplined field execution, Eric is well positioned to strengthen Golden State Dermatology's operational infrastructure and support continued growth across its expanding network of practices.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance & Management from Loyola Marymount University.
