AUGUSTINE, FL - The Tolan Group (TTG), a Hunt Scanlon Top 50 Healthcare Executive Search Firm, is pleased to announce the successful placement of Howard Weeks, MD as Chief Medical Officer at Behavioral Health Solutions, bringing more than 20 years of experience in behavioral health leadership, clinical operations, and healthcare system strategy.
Behavioral Health Solutions provides integrated psychiatric services across post-acute, long-term care, and community-based settings, partnering with healthcare organizations to improve access, enhance clinical outcomes, and deliver high-quality behavioral health care through a collaborative, team-based model.
In his new role, Dr. Weeks will lead clinical strategy, quality initiatives, and medical operations across Behavioral Health Solutions. His background leading large-scale medical teams, integrating clinical and data-driven decision-making, and managing complex behavioral health programs positions him to advance the organization’s clinical excellence and continued growth.
Prior to joining Behavioral Health Solutions, Dr. Weeks served as Chief Medical Officer at Eating Recovery Center and Pathlight Mood and Anxiety Centers, where he oversaw a national clinical organization delivering care across multiple levels of acuity. He also held senior leadership roles at University of Utah Health Plans, managing behavioral health and medical services across large and diverse patient populations.
Throughout his career, Dr. Weeks has demonstrated a strong ability to scale behavioral health programs, integrate clinical innovation, and align medical leadership with organizational strategy to improve patient outcomes.
Dr. Weeks holds a Doctor of Medicine from Duke University School of Medicine and an MBA from the University of Tennessee.
