Angelika Franz Named FP&A Leader for YAI

The Tolan Group (TTG), a Hunt Scanlon Top 50 Healthcare Executive Search Firm, is pleased to announce the successful placement of Angelika Franz as FP&A Leader at YAI, bringing more than a decade of experience driving financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision support across healthcare and mission-driven organizations.

YAI is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living full, productive, and inclusive lives. Through residential services, day programs, employment support, and community-based initiatives, YAI provides person-centered care while maintaining strong operational and financial stewardship.

Prior to joining YAI, Angelika served as Head of FP&A at Noom, where she led financial strategy and long-range planning for a multi-hundred-million-dollar health-tech organization. She partnered closely with executive leadership to develop unified financial models, streamline board reporting, and integrate operational drivers into companywide forecasting. Earlier roles at Eastern Dental and Pyramid Healthcare reflect her ability to build FP&A functions from the ground up, implement scalable budgeting processes, enhance data visibility, and support organizations operating within complex reimbursement and multi-site environments.

With her expertise in advanced financial modeling, scenario planning, KPI development, and cross-functional collaboration, Angelika is well positioned to strengthen YAI’s financial planning infrastructure and support data-driven decision-making aligned with its mission and long-term sustainability.

Angelika holds a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from Cornell University.
