In her new role, Fanning will lead CCRM Fertility's enterprise payor strategy, focusing on contract negotiations, reimbursement optimization, network expansion, and strategic payor partnerships. Her experience aligning managed care strategy with financial performance and operational execution positions her to support CCRM Fertility's continued growth while expanding patient access to fertility services.
Prior to joining CCRM Fertility, Fanning served as Senior Vice President of Payor Relations, Credentialing & Payment Integrity at Kindbody, where she led national payor strategy, contracting, payment integrity, and credentialing operations across a multi-site fertility platform. She partnered closely with executive leadership and the Board of Directors to optimize reimbursement, strengthen payor relationships, improve revenue cycle performance, and expand in-network access through strategic contract negotiations and data-driven performance initiatives. Earlier in her career, Fanning held leadership positions with CVA USA, Inception Fertility, Epiphany Dermatology, LabCorp, and Molina Healthcare, where she led multi-state contracting, reimbursement, and network development initiatives across commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and fertility benefit programs.
Fanning's appointment reflects CCRM Fertility's continued investment in strengthening its managed care strategy, expanding strategic payor partnerships, and increasing patient access as the organization continues its growth across North America.
Fanning holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science with a concentration in Health Administration from California State University.
