AUGUSTINE, FL - The Tolan Group (TTG), a Hunt Scanlon Top 50 healthcare executive search firm, today announced the successful placement of Bill Morrison as Chief Financial Officer of Defining Wellness Centers. Morrison brings more than 25 years of experience in healthcare finance, operational leadership, and strategic growth.
Defining Wellness Centers provides comprehensive behavioral health services to individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. The organization delivers care through evidence-based practices, holistic treatment modalities, and a patient-centered approach designed to support long-term recovery and wellness.
In his new role, Morrison will oversee financial strategy, planning, and operational finance across the organization. He has a proven track record of building scalable financial infrastructures, supporting high-growth organizations, and aligning financial performance with strategic business objectives.
Prior to joining Defining Wellness Centers, Morrison served as Chief Financial Officer at Brave Health, where he played a key role in strengthening financial operations and supporting growth within a virtual care model. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at Accolade, where he led enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and executed large-scale mergers and acquisitions.
Morrison’s appointment reflects Defining Wellness Centers’ continued investment in executive leadership and infrastructure as the organization expands access to high-quality behavioral health services.
Morrison holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University.
