Terra Holmes Named Chief Financial Officer

The Tolan Group (TTG), a Hunt Scanlon Top 50 Healthcare Executive Search Firm, is pleased to announce the successful placement of Terra Holmes as Chief Financial Officer at Nexus. She brings over 19 years of experience in financial leadership, regulatory compliance, and strategy development.

Nexus provides physician services to the utilization review and risk management industry, delivering independent, evidence-based results that ensure high-quality outcomes. With a team of experienced physicians and skilled administrative staff, Nexus is recognized as a trusted leader and innovator in medical review.

Prior to joining Nexus, Terra was Chief Financial Officer at Endeavor Energy Holdings, where she led strategic initiatives to improve cash flow and coordinated statements and audits for more than 20 subsidiaries across several global regions. She also served as Chief Financial Officer for Utegration, where she successfully negotiated capital structure and significantly reduced accounts receivable.

Terra’s expertise in leading high-performing teams, implementing best practices, and driving innovative solutions will streamline operations and improve efficiency at Nexus. Her strong background in financial planning, audits, and tax strategy will further strengthen the company’s performance.

Terra holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland. She is also Lean Six Sigma certified.
