Sean brings over two decades of sales leadership experience in commercial sales and operations with business development successes across retail and all healthcare verticals.

Prior to joining Anodyne, Sean served as Regional VP, Enterprise for Owens & Minor-Halyard where he managed a territory across 15 states and led a large sales team. He was also with McKeeson Corporation as Vice President & General Manager, managing a team of over 400.
Sean’s leadership philosophy emphasizes clarity, alignment, and empowerment. He ensures teams understand the purpose behind their work and encourages ownership of roles, supported by continuous development through field and virtual coaching. His approach fosters a high-performing, fun, and competitive environment.

Sean holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BA in Communications from Arizona State University. He has also completed executive education in Leadership and Management from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
