Prior to joining MAX Surgical Specialty Management, Jeff served as Chief Financial Officer for several multi-site healthcare platforms including Absolute Dental Group and Children’s Dental Health, where he led financial operations, supported acquisition strategies, and helped guide organizations through liquidity events and operational transformations. His leadership has consistently focused on improving financial transparency, strengthening reporting systems, optimizing capital structures, and building scalable finance infrastructure to support growth.

Earlier in his career, Jeff led turnaround initiatives and operational improvements across several healthcare services organizations, where he built high-performing finance teams and played a key role in numerous acquisition integrations and strategic growth initiatives.

With his extensive experience in financial strategy, M&A execution, and operational finance leadership, Jeff is well positioned to support MAX Surgical Specialty Management’s continued expansion and long-term financial performance.
