Behavioral Health Solutions is a leading provider of integrated
psychiatric services, partnering with healthcare organizations to deliver behavioral health care across post-acute, long-term care, and community-based settings. Through a multidisciplinary and outcomes-driven approach, the organization enhances access to care while improving clinical quality and patient outcomes.
Prior to joining Behavioral Health Solutions, Dr. Weeks served as Chief Medical Officer at Eating Recovery Center and Pathlight Mood and Anxiety Centers, where he led a national medical staff of more than 100 physicians and clinicians across multiple levels of care, including inpatient, residential, and outpatient settings. He has also held leadership roles with University of Utah Health Plans, where he oversaw behavioral health and medical services for large populations across Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and commercial plans.
Earlier in his career, Dr. Weeks held numerous academic and clinical leadership positions, including roles in clinical informatics, data analytics, and specialty behavioral health program development. He has led large-scale clinical initiatives, expanded access to innovative treatment modalities, and supported the integration of data-driven decision-making into care delivery models.
With his extensive experience in clinical leadership, payer strategy, and behavioral health program development, Dr. Weeks is well positioned to strengthen Behavioral Health Solutions’ clinical strategy and support continued growth across its service footprint.
Dr. Weeks holds a Doctor of Medicine from Duke University School of Medicine and an MBA from the University of Tennessee.
