AUGUSTINE, FL – The Tolan Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Terry Boch to the Board of Directors of Frontier Psychiatry, a mission-driven behavioral health organization focused on expanding access to high-quality psychiatric care. Terry brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience across healthcare technology, behavioral health, population health, and value-based care, with a proven track record of scaling growth-stage organizations and guiding companies through successful transitions and exits.

As a Board Member, Terry will support Frontier Psychiatry’s mission to expand access to high-quality, patient-centered psychiatric services by advising on payer strategy, clinical and geographic expansion, and sustainable growth models. Frontier Psychiatry is a leading provider of accessible, high-quality behavioral health services, expanding psychiatric care in underserved communities through telepsychiatry and evidence-based practice. By partnering with payers, health systems, clinics, and community organizations, Frontier Psychiatry delivers timely, specialized care while working to reduce barriers and improve access to mental health services.

Terry is an experienced healthcare executive with deep operating and governance experience across venture-backed and private equity–backed companies. Most recently, she served as Chief Executive Officer of BeMe Health, where she led the company through a successful strategic sale to Hazel Health to transform it into an integrated adolescent mental health platform aligned with payer and provider partners. Previously, she served as Chief Executive Officer and board member for Clarify Health, leading a strategic pivot to improved customer retention, realized cost efficiencies, and restored growth.

Terry holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island and has served on multiple boards, bringing a practical, operator-informed perspective to governance in complex, payer-driven healthcare markets.
