Syed Imran Named Senior IT Integration Manager

With over 20 years of experience in IT leadership, Syed has focused his passion on the healthcare space, where he is dedicated to making patient care the focal point of every practice or system he has worked with. Constantly seeking system optimization and process automation, Syed believes his teams are better equipped to drive business growth and elevate the patient experience.

The Advanced Reconstruction Surgery Alliance (ARSA) works with unaffiliated specialist cosmetic and reconstructive medical professionals to ensure their businesses grow and thrive. ARSA enables reconstructive and plastic surgery practices to focus on their patients' success, helping clients connect directly with the best surgeons, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other allied health professionals.

Prior to joining ARSA, Syed was Senior Project Manager – IT Engineering at Summit Health, where he managed IT projects related to M&A, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and clinical systems. He successfully led the integration of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives during the merger with New Jersey Urology and WestMed. He also spearheaded the deployment of advanced cybersecurity technologies, such as Medigate and CrowdStrike, and managed clinical projects involving the Athena electronic medical record system.

Syed holds an MPA from Alfred University and a BA in Economics from City College of New York. He is currently preparing for PMP certification.
