Michelle Constable Named Director RCM






The Tolan Group (TTG), a Hunt Scanlon Top 40 Healthcare Executive Search Firm, is pleased to announce the successful placement of Michelle Constable as the new Director of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVA). CVA is a physician-led network and committed to leading cardiology into a value-based future that benefits patients, partnering with payers, primary care groups, and more to transform care delivery.

With over two decades of experience in RCM, both as an operator and a leader, Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role. Her track record of success and leadership excellence makes her a valuable addition to the Cardiovascular Associates of America team.

Prior to joining Cardiovascular Associates of America, Michelle was Director RCM at EyeCare Service Partners, where she oversaw RCM teams across six states, managing revenue cycle performance for multiple practices and ASCs. Michelle also held various leadership positions at Hannibal Regional, where she played a pivotal role in establishing and expanding the RCM department. Her ability to problem-solve and lead teams through challenges led to her advancement within the organization, ultimately serving as Director of RCM. Her leadership was instrumental in fostering a successful and cohesive team environment.

Michelle holds a Master of Health Administration from Maryville University of Saint Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Administration from Stephens College.
