In his previous role as Senior Vice President of Operations for Ideal Images, Mr. Donati oversaw all field operations and in-clinic sales for 150 locations across 34 states. Managing a team of regional and local operators along with 800+ medical professionals, including registered nurses, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, he was instrumental in driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional results.
Mr. Donati's expertise lies in implementing clinical standards and shared resources that provide economies of scale, allowing reconstructive and plastic surgery practices to focus on their patients' success. His deep understanding of the healthcare industry and ability to foster collaborative partnerships will play a pivotal role in ARSA's continued growth.
