Lanson Hyde Named Chief Executive Officer for Radsource

The Tolan Group (TTG), a Hunt Scanlon Top 50 Healthcare Executive Search Firm, is pleased to announce the successful placement of Lanson Hyde as Chief Executive Officer of Radsource, bringing more than two decades of healthcare leadership experience across multisite operations, physician partnerships, and private equity-backed organizations.
Radsource is a leader in subspecialized musculoskeletal and
neurological MRI interpretation, combining clinical excellence with its industry-leading ProtonPACS imaging platform. Serving hospitals, imaging centers, and physician practices nationwide, Radsource delivers high-quality diagnostic interpretation and technology solutions designed by radiologists to enhance workflow efficiency and clinical outcomes.

Prior to joining Radsource, Lanson served as Chief Executive Officer of Preferred Vascular Group, where he led operational expansion, strengthened physician recruitment, and positioned the organization for a successful transaction. Previously, as Chief Executive Officer of Epix Healthcare, a private equity-backed anesthesia services organization, he enhanced leadership infrastructure, improved organizational engagement, and guided the company through a successful sale. Earlier in his career, he co-founded Healthcare Facilities Partners, developing and operating hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers across multiple states.
With his extensive experience leading growth-oriented healthcare organizations, Lanson is poised to strengthen Radsource’s operational performance, expand strategic partnerships, and accelerate growth across both its professional interpretation services and technology platform. His collaborative leadership style and disciplined operational focus will support Radsource’s continued commitment to clinical excellence and client service.
Lanson holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Tennessee.
