Gary Rubin Named General Manager






The Tolan Group (TTG), a Hunt Scanlon Top 40 Healthcare Executive Search Firm, is pleased to announce the successful placement of Gary Rubin as General Manager for the Advanced Reconstructive Surgery Alliance (ARSA). With over 30 years of experience in medical operations management, Gary brings extensive expertise in regional management, multi-state oversight, growth, and integrations to his new role at ARSA.


The Advanced Reconstruction Surgery Alliance (ARSA) works with unaffiliated specialist cosmetic and reconstructive medical professionals to ensure their businesses grow and thrive. This is accomplished by bringing the industry expertise ARSA possesses to bear on the day-to-day running of a successful, world-class cosmetic or reconstructive practice.

Prior to joining ARSA, Gary held multiple leadership roles at National Spine and Pain Centers, where he demonstrated strong leadership and operational expertise. Over his six-year tenure, Gary played a vital role in overseeing the company's growth and integration strategies. He initially joined National Spine and Pain Centers through a previous role at Vein Clinics and quickly progressed through various titles, including Regional Director of Operations, Director of M&A, and Director of Ancillary Services, before assuming the role of VP Business Integration.

Rubin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from Stockton University and is Lean Six Sigma trained.
