Collaborated with the Board Chairman and Interim CEO to build a new executive leadership team, including recruiting for key roles, and partnered with the Chairman and incoming CEO on the diligence and integration of a like-sized competitive business with a strong brand and culture.
Guided the transition from ADP Total Source PEO to ADP Workforce Now, then from Workforce Now to Rippling for 2025 HRIS/Payroll; managed the switch of the 401(k) plan from ADP Retirement Services to Empower; and transitioned exempt employee PTO from a traditional to an unlimited program.
Partnered with the CEO to implement a restructuring after a market downturn, shifting to a cash conservation strategy. This involved reducing 100+ FTEs, executing WARN, closing facilities, and managing retention, employee communications, and media inquiries.
Hired a new HR team to drive the transformation and consolidated Payroll and HRIS management under Human Resources, enhancing platform delivery and significantly upgrading the HRIS with new module implementations.
Led HR for a $280M medical imaging business in the acquisition and integration of an $18M healthcare IT company, accelerating the go-to-market strategy for a new technology platform.
