Prior to joining ECU Health, Dominique's most recent position was as System Controller at St. Mary's Health Care System, a division of Trinity Health of Michigan. In this capacity, she had comprehensive oversight of the financial operations encompassing three hospitals, two foundations, a senior living community, and a medical group comprising 13 practices. With expertise in accounting, payroll, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning, she ensured transparent reporting and effective collaboration with department leaders and corporate services.
Dominique holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Georgia and an MBA in Managerial Leadership from Piedmont College.
