Families First Pediatrics was founded by three pediatricians who believed the best care was responsive to patients and convenient for parents. After serving thousands of kids, they realized children’s health needed a more integrated approach.
Prior to joining Families First Pediatrics, Danielle's professional journey comprised a blend of consulting for private dental practices and mental health clinics, as well as serving as the VP of Operations for Utah Dental United, a local IPA. As a consultant, she specialized in analyzing reports and processes to implement impactful changes within practices. Danielle’s strong focus on data analysis drove her efforts to streamline processes, increase revenue, and reduce costs, ultimately impacting the bottom line positively. She was instrumental in facilitating mergers and acquisitions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic guidance to providers.
Danielle holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Utah Valley University, where she graduated as class valedictorian and with Summa Cum Laude honors.
