Corinne Torres Named Vice President of Operations

Corinne brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across healthcare operations, clinic management, and multi-site service delivery.

PRMA Plastic Surgery is a nationally recognized provider of advanced reconstructive and plastic surgery, with a particular emphasis on breast reconstruction. With a patient-centered philosophy and a multidisciplinary team approach, PRMA is committed to empowering patients through every stage of their reconstructive journey.

Prior to joining PRMA, Corinne served as Director, Continuous Improvement for AmeriVet Veterinary Partners and Senior Director, Enterprise Operational Due Diligence for WellMed Medical Management. At WellMed, she led operational due diligence for 100+ acquisitions and collaborated across multiple teams to align diverse stakeholders toward common goals.

Corinne brings to PRMA a well-rounded leadership profile grounded in team empowerment, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic execution. She has deep experience across healthcare operations—including value-based care, urgent care, post-acute, and multi-specialty settings—and has successfully led operational transformations, improved workflows, and supported scalable growth. With expertise in Lean Six Sigma, compliance (OSHA, CLIA, radiation safety), and patient experience, Corinne drives operational excellence through a data-informed, continuous improvement approach. Corinne also brings strong financial acumen and is proficient in IT integration and digital health innovation. Known for her executive presence and approachable leadership style, she builds strong teams and delivers results.

Corinne holds an MBA and a BS in Business Management and Healthcare Administration from Capella University.
