Brian Martin, Named Chief Operating Officer



The Tolan Group (TTG), a Hunt Scanlon Top 40 Healthcare Executive Search Firm, is pleased to announce the successful placement of Brian Martin, as the Chief Operating Officer for Behavioral Health Solutions. Behavioral Health Solutions (“BHS”) offers a comprehensive approach for mental health needs, offering a seamless client experience accessing psychiatry, therapy and neuropsychology. Behavioral Health Solutions is backed by Levitate Ridge and Orchard Ventures.

Previously, Brian Martin was Chief Executive Officer of HME Specialists, LLC, which is New Mexico’s largest independent Durable Medical Equipment (DME) healthcare provider and one of the largest providers in the Southwest. From a resource and operational perspective, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership, overseeing 475 employees, fourteen branch locations across three states, and all operational throughput.


As a leader, Mr. Martin has built a strong senior leadership team, consisting of a CFO, CMO, Chief Pharmacy Officer, VP of Operations, VP of Business Development, VP of Clinical Services, VP of Human Resources, and a Chief Compliance Officer. His ability to lead and collaborate with his team ensures a comprehensive approach to addressing the organization's goals and challenges.

Additionally, Mr. Martin takes a prominent role in leading board discussions and quarterly meetings, engaging in senior debt lending discussions, and overseeing any M&A and PE-related activities. His expertise in these areas will further strengthen Behavioral Health Solutions' strategic positioning and growth initiatives. His exceptional leadership and operational expertise will play a vital role in advancing Behavioral Health Solutions' mission to provide exceptional care to individuals with mental health needs.
