TTG Interim was approached by a private equity portfolio client that recently learned their revenue cycle executive was leaving the company. This is a large enterprise organization with over 500 employees dedicated to revenue cycle within their finance and accounting department. Clearly a huge leadership loss and a significant risk to the company overall.


Assignment

Due to the timing of the incumbent’s departure, it was a top priority to find, screen and vet strong leaders that had previous experience in an executive capacity that could step in and immediately fill the void. The organization needed candidates with very solid RCM experience and an individual that previously led a large organization at scale. TTG Interim quickly developed a short list of highly qualified RCM candidates.

 

Solution

Due to our strong network of RCM candidates already in our database we were able to deliver highly qualified candidates in a few days – during the Christmas holidays. Interviews were quickly scheduled around the holidays and there were multiple candidates that could deliver significant value to our client.


Result

We shortlisted three solid candidates, the client interviewed each candidate, homed in on their choice and quickly made an offer for this interim leadership role. The candidate started 72 hours after acceptance of the offer and is already making a difference for our client.
