A private equity backed health tech company based in the Northeast was established to tackle the issues associated with maintaining patient safety in complex healthcare environments. Their solution is designed to help healthcare facilities find a better way to ensure adherence to safety protocols and support staff with compliance objectives through the utilization of innovative loT wearable technologies.
Assignment
TTG was engaged to find and recruit a new Chief Technology Officer to lead the organization's upcoming IT team transformation as well as oversee new and ongoing product development. The organization was seeking a unique and highly specialized background that could drive their vision forward. Once the CTO position was filled, the organization reached out to TTG yet again to continue the partnership and offer further assistance with the team buildout. With that, the transition from offshore resources to onshore officially began.
Solution
TTG initiated a search and quickly identified highly qualified candidates for the CTO to review for new team leads of mobile development, software quality assurance, and firmware. These team leads would be the first onshore team members and eventually hire and buildout their own respective teams in the US to replace the current offshore teams. This would be both cost efficient and promote team collaboration as all new hires were local to the company headquarters.
Result
TTG has successfully placed a Lead iOS Software Developer (and mid-level iOS Developer), Lead SQA Engineer, Lead Production Support Specialist, Lead Firmware Engineer, and other key technical roles over a 6-month period.
