One GI, based in Memphis, TN, is a PE-backed gastroenterology management services organization intended to help physicians manage, optimize and grow their practices. The company offers critical business services to focus on providing care to patients, enabling physicians to maintain an improved standard of care effectively.
Challenge
One GI needed a new CFO, and TTG was engaged after one of the nation’s most well-known executive search firms said the search was impossible at the compensation level being offered. TTG took on the challenge.
TTG initiated a search and, within 12 business days, identified 3 well-qualified candidates. All of them were sent to the final round of interviews before the finalist was selected. Their CFO candidate was extended an offer and accepted.
Result
TTG was then asked to recruit a new CEO for One GI and launched a new engagement. Within 45 days, the new CEO was hired, and TTG was once again asked to recruit and help the new CEO build an entire management team, including IT, compliance, operations, HR, and many other key roles, comprising a total of 12 completed searches in an 18-month period.
